Regarding the property consultancy, comment that they are stupid and their work is disastrous. We had several issues to resolve and they have unilaterally ceased the service without warning, if it is true that they were notified of a possible change of consultancy due to major failures on the accounts (gardening and garage cleaning not billed for 5 years that they did not realize or assume responsibilities) but they have been charging for a year so that they leave us stranded just at the time of resolving other issues. Also comment that it is impossible to contact with them over the phone and by email because they always dragged their feet and you had to insist and insist again. Hiring them is giving away money...Not recommended at all.
